Terms of Service Hello, my dear friend! You will find prices and rules for everything that you wanted to know but were too afraid to ask. There aren't too many of them. Please, read them carefully because you have to agree with all of them before proceeding. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions if you have any.
Things I won't draw: ✔ characters under puberty age having sex.
✔ incest.
✔ sex-related guro/gore/death content.
✔ vomiting, scat, diapers, etc.
And one more time I repeat that I'll never draw erotic or sexual content with characters under puberty. They are: real or fictional characters humanoids with a child's body or any anthropomorphic with the age less than 18 y/o.
Things I draw: ✔ SFW, NSFW.
✔ Adult characters of any sex and gender.
✔ Furry, human, werewolf, mythical creatures, neko, and robots.
✔ Straight, gay, lesbian, queer, etc. couples and groups.
✔ All body types.

Rights/Commercial use: ➢ Only for private purposes. You can't sell my works anywhere. You are not allowed to post or use any WIP images that I send to you. But you can upload any version of an image with my watermark and use it anywhere on the Internet non-commercially.
➢ I will use WIP images or illustrations in any way that I like, including Patreon. But I will do this only as an example, not for re-sell. Be sure that the image is yours after you buy it.
➢ I retain the right to terminate the order in case the commissioner violates these terms.
Payments: ➢ Full pre-payment is preferred via PAYPAL. Illustrations will NOT be started until prepayment is received.
➢ There may be exceptions. The payment plan is discussable. Sometimes I take the first 50% as prepayment and the second 50% after the sketch is finished. It might be discussed.
➢ Do not send any payment before we discuss an order.
➢ Full refunds are possible only if I cancel the commission for my own reasons or if the client cancels the commission before I started working. The client can’t refuse the commission and make a refund after I’ve started working (made sketches). In this case, neither full nor partial refunds are allowed.

What I need: ➢ Your PayPal info to send you an invoice.
➢ A detailed description of what you want to be drawn. This should include the amount of characters to be drawn, their interaction, poses, curves, background, color palette or any other details that you consider important. You can provide me with some poses or materials that you think can be useful.
➢ Please, give me some links to images or send me images directly of the characters that you'd like your characters to be look-alike. A written-only description will raise the price because it will be harder to draw based on it. Please, send me a written agreement of the previous owner of a character if this character belongs to someone else.

How I work: ➢ Ask me about the commission in PM
➢ You will get into my waiting list after we discuss details of the commission and set the price
➢ Your slot will be considered reserved only after I get the full or half (50%) payment.
➢ You can set a 1-month deadline, but I work faster. I don't take more than two jobs at the same time.
➢ I will send you WIP or unfinished work to make sure that what I do corresponds to your expectations. You can make up to 10 changes for free. It is usually enough. 11 and other changes will raise the price. $5 for any additional change.
➢ You must be available to connect after I set the base poses (this is a very rough sketch in form of sticks and basic forms). It has to be created before I proceed with more complex forms. I won't change anything after we agreed on that.
➢ I will send you a WIP for you to fix or agree with the current drawing.
➢ Then only small corrections are allowed. I say about them in the description. But If you want to make a head lower, I can do this especially for you.
➢ If you refused to accept an initial sketch for some reason, I keep the right to keep it for myself, use it in any way that I want.
➢ I will send you a ready image (Dropbox or MEGAsync link) in PNG format or any other format according to your request. Be sure to download them in a period of 1 month otherwise, they will be deleted automatically.

My price list: ➢ I create avatars, animated and still images. I also create fully colored illustrations.
➢ Flat color and sketches can be discussed.
➢ Portraits, images of a half-body usually have 3500 pixels width on the long side. But animation usually doesn't have more than 1280 pixels.
➢ Illustrations usually have from 3800 up to 5000 pixels on the long side.
➢ Following prices are estimates and will vary depending on character and background difficulty and the complexity of the interactions with the environment or between characters. Contact me, so we can figure out the price together!
