Terms Of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

General Terms:
。Client must be 18+ to commission NSFW art from me.
。Client must have a clear FLAT reference.
。Client must respect the given wait time. (If there are complications I will let you know)
。I have every right decline or cancel a commission at any given time.

Payment:
。Payment is made via Paypal.
。Payment must be sent in USD.
。Payment must be sent before I start the artwork.
。Payment must be made within 24 hours of me accepting.

Art Progress:
。You will receive a WIP sketch (usually within a few days) - At this point you may ask for any minor changes.
。Please give up to 2 weeks for your art to be completed.

Refund Policy:
。Strictly no refunds. (Exceptions below - YCH's, Adoptables, Mystery eggs and PWYW are NOT included)
- If you have waited over 6 weeks you may ask for a refund.

Please note that refunds will be partial depending on how far progressed I am in the art piece.
Sketch: 100% Refund | You will lose all rights to the piece and it will be made into a YCH.
LineArt: 75% Refund | You will have all rights to the non-completed piece of art.
Color: 50% Refund | You will have all rights to the non-completed piece of art.
Shading: 25% Refund | You will have all rights to the non-completed piece of art.

PLEASE NOTE: if your piece has been completed then there are strictly NO refunds.

Copyright / Ownership rights:
。Credit must be given when posting art on any type of Social media.
。Client has the right to use the artwork however they would like.
I retain all copyright to my artwork. I do not, however, claim ownership of the character(s) depicted in the artwork if they are yours.

Adoptables/Your Character Heres (YCHS)
。Once bid is placed, bid cannot be withdrawn.
。Upon winning, payment must be made within 24 hours.
。You may resell adopts for as much as you paid.
。I have a no return policy on Adopts / YCHs.

Blacklist Policy:
。Charging back a payment.
。Bidding and then backing out.
。Commissioning NSFW while you are under the legal age.
。Ignoring messages after winning an Adopt / YCH.
。Being a rude and unprofessional individual when dealing with a matter.

Breaking these rules will result in a blacklist, Being blacklisted means I will not work with you in the future.
Blacklisting will reset at the start of each year.

I will be doing these customs on a base of your choosing. I own many templates and am able to do edits for whatever specific species or request you throw my way. Please contact me to discuss which base to use.
