TERMS OF SERVICE(TOS)

IMPORTANT TO TAKE IN COUNT:

•I reserve the right to not accept your comission. I deserve the right to cancel a comission for any reason(in that case if i was paid im gonna send a refund)
•I wont accept a comission until i make sure the client gave me all info i need and he confirmed the comission accepting my TOS "I accept your TOS" its necesary once all was told so i can accept it.
•*Before making an order, please, be sure you really like my art, im a self-taught artist. *I don't make refunds!
•*Sometimes i take more time than was expected to finish a comission(because difficult situation) BUT ill stay in contact with you letting you know how the comission is going, if i need more time etc, in case something really hard for me happens i will notice so *Dont complain about it after!!! You will get your comission done for sure
•Please do not stress me out by sending pms all day or all days asking how your comission is going! instead of that check my profile to see hows your comission goin. Youre free yo ask me any doubts but please do not be annoying.
•Please be reachable, pending to your private messages during the sketching/wip period/answer asap! This is very important. Once everything is correct and you approve it i can keep going with the comission and it wont be necesary.
• Inmediate payment via Paypal with full payment. *I dont accept other payment methods [no eChecks]
• WIPS (Sketching) are GRANTED, any change is allowed. The client has the obligation to check them well and see if all is correct or i need to change something. i WONT CHANGE ANYTHING once im with the lineart! SO please check them well. Normally i send pics of them or Gifs, if this is not enough let me know and im gonna send you the file.
•+ The poses you get as examples of what you would like to get as a comission from me AINT YOURS; theyre just references to get a close idea of what you want, do not use, edit, sell etc them!
• I reserve the right to post finished images at my gallery.-You're free to repost commissioned pieces and use it for non-commercial/non-profit purposes (i.e. icons, banners) but you must give me the credit of the piece in the description.
•What you see inside the coloring types description is what you will get, so please do not ask if something is missing is because its not included.
•Make sure you provide all the info i ask for and specially related to the character ref sheet or pics where i can see it properly. Dont send me a long story text or 3D models.
•Uploaded comissions on public sites will always have my watermark. Only original files wich ill send to your e-mail are the only ones that doesnt have them. Do not ask me to remove my watermark and do not upload the original pieces anywhere; youre free to take mine and put it on your gallery to show it to others, its a precautionary measure against thieves and plagiarists.
•In case you lose your files(i hope not so save them properly!) i always save mine for long time, so if you need the original files back send me a PM (NO A E-MAIL PLEASE!)

YOU MUST NOTE ME WITH:

•Character(s) visual reference(s): Really good ones please, its very important, front and back clear view/full body. If the character has any tattoo please send it in *PNG format if you can, it helps a lot. If the character has something that its not in the reference like a tattoo, a piercing or anything that you want me to add PLEASE SAY IT so i *can add it while sketching, otherwise i wont add it.
• Images MUST BE IN JPEG OR PNG FORMAT!
•The e-mail where you want me to send the full resolution/versions etc
•Order description(pose, outfit, anything with images as a reference of what you want plz)
• Paypal address to send the invoice
•All the info required in case its a YCH so please read the description of it well.
