TERMS OF SERVICE
★Information Basics★
x ! Commissioning me means you agree to the terms of service !
x Final image is for pesonal use only. (If you want art for commercial use it can be discussed)
x I can do private commissions, but it'll cost more: +50% of the whole price if it's 1 picture or + 30% if it's 3 or more pictures.
x Once the sketch is sent, you have 48 hours to respond with changes, tweaks and adjustments. If no response is given within the timeframe, I move forward with it to completion
(feel free to give me a correspondence email in advance if you'd like to make sure you dont miss this deadline)
I will not be able to accommodate changes made after the fact
★Payment/Prising★
x No refunds. (only if I can't do it atm and I cancel it)
x I take payment through Paypal only via invoices.
x I don't start working until the payment is received.
x Full prepayment only. Unless the price is more than $500, then you can pay in halfs.
x Prising can be flexible and depends on the amount of details and complexity. Because each drawing is individual. (For example complex patterns, muscled/complex chars, clothes with a lot of details etc. will add a bit to the price)
x BACKGROUND price starts from 30% of the character price, but usually varies very much depending on the complexity.
x I say the final price when I get all info.
★ Working process ★
x Send me information and references, then basing on this I'll tell you the price.
x I do a rough sketch first.
after your approval I do lines and colouring.
x Clients are given one round of changes after the sketch is delivered.
But changes after the piece is finished cost 5$ or more. But if I drew something not as in a ref I can make edits for free. (This doesn't concern art style)
x I'm not comfortable with showing WIPs except for the sketch
x The time can be between a week or a few months. Depends on how much orders I have atm.
Though for complex illustrations it can take more time.
x Full sized finished picture will be sent on your email/notes. pls download it as I'll delete it from my docs later
★What info I need from you ★
x Character ref sheet. (if you have it)
x Pose references.
x Walls of text without images are not welcome.
Not because I'm lazy to read, but it helps to prevent misunderstanding ;)
x You must have visual references to which you can always add text explanations.
x If you don't have a ref sheet for your character then find pictures that better show it.
For example: I want a face like in this picture, beard like in this and body type like in this etc.

I reserve the right to use the completed image as I see fit, including but not limited to, producing and selling prints, posting to galleries, advertising, or making art books for distribution (If you wish not to use it in this way you can make an additional payment)
x I reserve the right to post alternates of the image behind a paywall on such websites as Patreon.
x I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.
x I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission to those who are exceptionally rude, cannot clearly communicate what they're wanting done, or have been known to back charge commissions once completed.
x I have the right to cancel a commission. Payment will be refunded wholly or in part depending on the reason
x I retain the rights to the artwork, which includes publish the artwork in an art book, post the image to my public gallery, etc. portfolios
★★ Commissioner’s Right(s): ★★
x You may post the finished commission to your gallery as well, crediting me in the description. You may make prints of the work for personal use only.
x You (the Client) are not allowed to edit the work, but you are allowed to crop and rezise the artwork to make wallpapers, forums banners, Icons and other images that have non-commercial purpouse;
x You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes
