	Commission Hello and welcome! In this following file the my Terms of Service shall be presented to you in regards to my work with furry and anthro art. This file has the objective to stand as a healthy approach between me and potential costumers that consider commissioning me <3 i) By commissioning me, you will be considered to have read and accepted my TOS. CREATIVE PROCESS ii) My commission process is based within the following steps: - Accepting the concept of the art that is being commissioned. - After that, I will present you with a rough draft for the pose and overall structure of the art. - The payment is done after the first draft was approved and it's made via Paypal. If you cancel your commission after the first draft has been presented you will NOT be charged. - After the payment and approval of the rough draft, I will present you the refined sketch. - Afterwards, I shall be providing you with periodic WIP's for the art. I will only move from one phase of the art from the other after your explicit approval (phases are usually divided in: sketch>lineart>colouring>shading>basic structure for the background>shading and details for the background). iii) When presented the WIP, you may ask me to change details and other aspects of the drawing you'd either like to change or I didn't get right. However, the changes that are to be made must be beffiting to it's phase. For instance, if I present you the colours of your fursona and you'd like to change something about it, I'll gladly do so. However, I will not change the character's colour pattern after the colouring phase has been approved and I've started working on the shading. iv) My time of conclusion of a commission fluctuates, depending on the complexity of the drawing and my current state with personal affairs. However, most of my commissions are completed within a 2 to 6 weeks time span. v) If I take more than two months to finish your commission, you'll be rewarded with an extra digital sketch of your liking as an apoligies gift, as well as having your comissions slot qeued as a priority. (this does not apply to: group art [4 characters or more]; in commissions where the payment was divided in two parts, the queue for this 2 month's time will start from the day of the last payment). THE CLIENT'S RIGHTS vi) After payment is done, you may share the WIP's in any social media you'd like, as long as you credit me as the artist. vii) When the art is completed, you are free to perform any editing to the finished product to your liking, as long as my signature is not removed and I'm still credited for the art in all of this sharing. MY RESERVED RIGHTS viii) I reserve the right to share the finished product and it's respectives WIP's in any way I see fit. Discrecy for the WIPs must be asked beforehand and will be done free of charge. ix) Discrecy to never reveal the finished product to anyone but the client must be warned beforehand and results in a +100% fee upon the final price for the art. Beware that if I'm asked to do so I will also delete all the drawing's files within my computer and drives, so make sure to have all you need safely saved with you after the job is finished. Discrecy for a small period of time of the final art and it's WIP's is done free of charge (i.e.: a surprise gift for a friend etc) x) Stickers made by me do not need to have a pack of their own as long as you feature the credit pannel in the pack where they are allocated to. xi) Performing refounds is sadly outside of my capabilities due to personal limitations. Please be sure of your decision in investing money in my craft. xii) Any further changes for the artwork in reggards to add-ons, major changes, re-dos of steps of the artwork that had already been concluded and alike will be charged an extra price. However, as the artist I reserve the right to deny such additions after the commission has already been paid for.	USD 0.00 0 slots
