Payment
-Payment is handled upfront through paypal.
-Full or partial refunds may be offered depending on reason for cancellation and amount of work completed.
-Commercial rights to the image are to be negotiated and may result in additional cost.

Commission Process
-Please provide references if you have specific ideas in mind for the image. The more the better!
-An initial sketch will be provided for you to approve. Some revisions may be made such as minor changes to poses, expression, body type, etc.
-In most cases you will receive a WIP update with flat colors of the character(s) to confirm their design.
-Mistakes made on a character's design or other aspect of the piece will be corrected free of charge.
-On completion you will receive both a full resolution and lower resolution (typically sized to fit within a 1920x1080 space) copy of the picture.

After Completion
-Do not use the picture in any form of AI image generation.
-I may not always post all finished commissions.
-If you wish for the image to not be publicly posted, please explicitly say so.
-I may use the image for commercial purposes (such as selling prints, merchandise, etc.) If you wish that the image is not used for this purpose you must say so.
-You may use the image for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, or other personal use.
-You may post WIPs and lower resolution versions of the picture on your own socials, so long as I am credited.
-You may not claim the image is made by you.
-Please do not publicly share high resolution versions of the image.

Failure to follow these terms may result in being blacklisted from my service.
