-Youre free to change minor design choices/sex/gender/colors of the character yourself, just as long as it remains recognizable. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EDIT/CHANGE/DRAW OVER THE REFERENCE FILE I GIVE TO YOU (this includes removing my signature)!!!! I will make changes to the original reference file for you. (excessive changes will incite a 5% Fee)

-Credit me as designer/artist the first time you post any art of them. Regardless if you are reposting the reference I drew, art you drew yourself, or a commission. If its the character I have designed for you, please credit me as the designer the first time!

-If you have a Toyhouse, credit me as designer on their character profile [@ Overfawning on TH])

IMPORTANT: Let me know if the design is resaled/gifted/traded

-Do not sell the design for more than you paid me for it (Unless it is accompanied with extra art)

If the design I make for you was apart of a trade between us and no currency exchanged hands, discuss it with me and I will assign a base price for the design(ref only, if it comes with extra art, you can increase the resale price off of this base price).

Side note: I'd love to check up on the design and see how theyre doing every now so dont be surprised if I randomly fave stuff relating the character ;w;
