Steps:
• Contact me explaining what you want. Please be specific, references or quality images are needed (AI images are NOT good references). You can contact me here or on my other networks
• I'll give you a price estimate and the time you'll have to wait.
• After I've received the payment you'll be added to my list. Your slot is reserved for the month I've told you (meaning you will receive the final piece on that month).
• When it's your turn, I'll send you a lot of sketchs. Please, be specific, I don't change anything big after the sketch phase, don't be afraid to tell me if something is wrong.
• I start drawing the final product and I'll send more WIPs. Usually I send a WIP before every important step of the artwork.
• I can make minors changes if some details don't suit you. However, I will not make big changes on the final product or the line work without an extra charge. Read my TOS for more informations.
• You will receive a high quality image of your commission (usually a .PNG in 4K).

The delays has always been respected and I'm completly transparent about it. If something unexpected slow down the process or queue, I will tell you and be honest about it.
My customers aren't numbers, I like to talk a bit to be sure to satisfied them, so don't be shy. I also send a lot of WIPs. I make a better work if you're patient and leave me artistic freedom.
The usual waiting time is between 4 to 7 months depending on the number of commissions I've already have to do before yours, just simply check my queue on Trello. For the moment, I can only take 2 slots per months.

To be sure to provide the best quality I could, I may refuse to take your commission if your project/character doesn't inspire me enough.
