Terms of Service

These terms govern the commission of a drawing (the Work). You grant Pineberry Fox a nonexclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to create, display, and distribute a derivative work of the original character(s), if any, that are to included in the Work. Further terms are as follows:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not be a citizen of a country upon which the United States of America has restricted financial transactions of this sort.
• You must be able to grant the above license. For example, I will not draw Pokémon characters without an explicit license from The Pokémon Company.
• The Work shall consist of one PNG file of at least two megapixels, usually 2560x1440 or similar.
• Payment is due up front. Drawing will not begin before receipt.
• Before final linework is completed, you will be presented with the initial sketch.
• If you are not satisfied with the sketch, you will be entitled to one free revision. Further revisions will be priced upon discussion.
• If at any point before delivery of the Work, you cancel the commission, a partial refund will be provided based on completion progress.
• If at any point before delivery of the Work, I cancel the commission, a full refund will be provided.
• After delivery of the Work, the transaction is closed and refunds will not be provided for any reason.
• For personal, noncommercial use, you may post the Work online or make prints.
• Commercial use rights can be negotiated.
• You must credit me as the artist.

An incomplete, alphabetical list of things I will NOT draw is:
• Humans or other humanoid characters such as elves or dwarves
• Propaganda
• Underage characters
