Commission TOSThe following information is subject to change based on circumstances. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to review this TOS closely prior to commissioning to avoid any misunderstandings or misinterpretations. Updated as of 6 April 2023.
Terms of Service
1. I do not draw artwork featuring humans, extreme kinks (such as scat or watersports), or machinery (although this list is subject to change or be added to). While I can draw weapons, armor and structures, I may charge an additional fee as these subjects are not my preferred focus.
2. For NSFW art, you must be 18 years old or older.
3. The listed base prices may vary depending on the complexity, difficulty, size, and medium of each commission.
4. For the best results, please provide a visual reference of your character that accurately depicts their appearance, including any outfits, accessories, and other details you want to include. Please note that I do not offer designing services.
5. During the sketch and line art stages, you may provide feedback and request revisions as needed. Please keep in mind that alterations made outside of these stages may result in additional fees or I may choose not to make the edits. Please ensure that any revisions align with the original commission description or references to avoid prolonging the turnaround time or incurring extra charges. Minor revisions can be made after the commission is complete.
6. I retain the right to showcase the commissioned work on my social media, websites and etc as examples of my portfolio. However, if you prefer to keep your commission private, please inform me beforehand.
7. Commissioners are permitted to post their commissioned image anywhere, provided that proper credit is given.
8. I may cancel a commission and issue a refund if there is poor communication, inappropriate behavior, or if the commissioner is unable to communicate effectively in English. Additionally, if I'm unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued.
9. The completed images are intended for personal use only. If you require commercial rights, please inform me, as additional charges will apply.
Payment
1. Payment have to be done upfront first before I can start on your commission.
2. Payment is due within 3 days, unless the commissioner has informed me of a delay. Failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in cancellation of the commission slot.
3. I accept only USD in Paypal. I also accept RM if you're Malaysian and have Malaysian bank account.
4. Refunds are not available for completed commissions. In the event that a refund is requested, only the remaining portion of the commission fee will be refunded based on the percentage of the work that has not been completed.
