Backgrounds can take time to fully sketch out so if it is complex you may have to pay a fee.

Squeak/Muscle/Wing Fee

I\'ll be adding highlights to your pic if your character is squeaky in any way. If its taking time to get what you desire, a fee may be required. I am not skilled well enough in anatomy to make muscles or wings well, so some extra may be needed for that too if it is a difficult job.
