Disclaimer: Upon commissioning me ( Robotsu ), you agree to all of the terms and conditions listed below. Failure to follow these terms may result in a blacklisted status with me, barring you from commissioning or buying from me in the future. If the terms are broken during the commission process, it may result in termination of your commission and rights to the piece forfeited.
Please be patient with me. I work very hard on your art or customs, and as such they take many hours to make or draw. I also have a heavy workload between orders as well as keeping up with my IMVU shop, personal projects, and a two year old son.

★ Basic Rules
• You must be 18 or older in order to commission me.
• I have a right to refuse a commission order at any time, for any reason and I am not obligated to disclose that reason.
• You may not remove my signature from my artwork. Only watermarked versions may be re-uploaded online.
• .PSD files may not be requested unless otherwise discussed before commissioning me.
• Order can be tracked on Trello and may not be completed in a first come, first server basis.
• Prices may increase based on complexity of the piece. I will always give you an accurate price before the commission is accepted.

★ Commission Process
• You may contact me via note, Discord ( Robotsu#0250 ), e-mail ( RobotsuArt[at]gmail.com ) or Telegram ( Robotsu )
• The commissioner must provide proper information and images for their commission, I do not accept written descriptions as references unless its a character design commission.
• Please ask for changes as early on in the commission process as possible, preferably in the sketch phase. Changes made beyond that point, not including mistakes on my part, might come with a fee.
• Commissions will be completed within a span of up to 3 months. If I go longer than that, I will do my best to compensate for that. (Upgraded coloring, etc.)
• Orders with a rushed or strict deadline will have an added fee.
• Commissioners are allowed to ask for updates at any time but please be reasonable and don't message me daily.

★ Payments and Delivery
• Payments are accepted through Paypal only. (Goods and Services) Payments are always in USD and I will send you an invoice most of the time.
• Full payment must be sent before I start your commission. 10% of this is non refundable even if you cancel your commission.
• Payment plans only become available on orders exceeding over $100. Payment must be completed in full before I start your commission.
• Commission delivery will usually be via the way you contact me. I will send you a sta.sh link with the full size piece(s). Specific forms of delivery can be requested via the order form.

★ Refund Policy
• Refunds may only be requested if the commission has a good, valid reason. (Emergency, late bills, etc.) or if the commission has not been completed within the time limit.
• 90% of the payment will be refunded to you if I have not started the piece yet.
• 50% of the payment will be refunded to you if I have completed the sketch phase or further.
• No refunds will be given after coloring / completion of the piece.
• Canceled pieces will not be completed for the commissioner. The uncompleted art may be reworked into a different art piece.
• You may not commission another artist to line, color or edit any works in progress provided in the commission process without my written permission.
★ If you request a refund due to personal reasons:
• All rights to the piece are revoked. You will not have the rights to any work in progress images provided before cancelling.
★ If you request a refund due to me missing the deadline:
• You will have the rights to keep/reuse/repost the unfinished piece(s).
★ Refunds regarding adoptables and YCHs:
• Refunds may only be given if requested withing 24 hours of paying.
• Any refunds requested after those 24 hours, will be denied.
• Refunded YCHs will be re-auctioned / sold
• Refunded adoptables will be re-auctioned / sold.

★ Re-homing adoptables:
• You may resell or re-home adoptables, but always notify me of their new owner.
• You may change the design of the adoptable, as long as credit goes to me for the original design.
• You may not resell adoptables for more than what you bought them for, unless more artwork has been added.
★ Copyright:
• My artwork is for personal use only. You may not use it for commercial purposes, on merchandise, etc. unless stated otherwise.
• All copyright over the work stays with me. Copyrights may be purchased, but are discussed privately.
• The commissioner / character owner has permission to repost the art with proper credits.
• I have the right to use all commissioned pieces for my own commercial purposes, promotions, and portfolios.

❤ Any race, body shape, gender, sexuality, etc.
❤ Most pornographic themes (see below for exceptions)
I will NOT draw:
✖ Extreme fetishes (scat, watersports, guro) When in doubt, ask.
✖ Porn of my character with yours, or your character with someone elses without their permission.
✖ Mecha (I will draw robots though)
