Cleaned-Up SketchesSketches that are black and look like slightly messy lineart. They contain no construction lines, and are good for use as individual pieces. They tend to have a slightly cartoon-y look and are generally done on small canvas-sizes (600x800 or 480x640 unless otherwise agreed).
All prices are for full-body shots. If you want a bust or headshot, please note me for a separate price.

LineartSmooth lineart of your character, with better detail features than sketches. All construction shapes and sketchiness is hidden and the lines are filled with a block colour, or come white/transparent if desired. A .SAI or .PSD file can also be supplied if desired.
Finally, there is the option for MS-Paint friendly lineart. This tends to be lower quality than SAI/PSD compatible lineart, but can be filled in Paint without any of that annoying white stuff around the edges. It is also slightly cheaper, to compensate for the low quality. Please ask for MS-Paint friendly lineart prices, as these are decided on a case-by-case basis.

Cell-Shaded PiecesSmooth lineart of your character, with base colours and cell-shading (done either with the pen or binary tool to match the lineart), as well as blending when needed. Usually, two or three lowlights and two or three highlights are used.

Marker-shadedSmooth lineart of your character, with base colours and marker shading. Marker shading is a form of blending, and generally looks better than cell-shading, although you can still clearly see every brush stroke. Ideal for characters that are either smooth or particularly fluffy.
Textures are used at my own discretion and induce no extra costs.

Super-Soft-ShadingSmooth lineart of your character, with base colours, and shading method which is a mix of the marker, the airbrush and the blur tool. Really great if your character's scaly or has short fur.
These pieces are more expensive, since this method takes a lot of time and effort.

Basic Sheet - $20 - Front view, side view, a headshot with an expression of your choice, any accessories your character may have, and text that you might supply me with (including age, species, name, etc.).
Extra headshots/close ups - $3.50
Extra full body views - $7.50
24-Hour Ref. Sheet Rush - $50 - Whatever I can fit in in 24 hours!
All ref sheets come with a colour palette and generic background.
I WILL NOT SHADE REF. SHEETS. It's annoying, tiring and pointless. Besides, ref. sheets tend to be expensive enough anyway. |

Lineless PaintingPaid by the hour, normally takes around 10 hours. Giving me a sketch to work from will drastically cut this down.
I will give you an indicational quote of how long I think your painting will take, with the assumption that you want it on a 1600x1200 canvas unless stated otherwise.
Since I will likely work on these on/off, please do not expect me to have it done x hours after you've paid. I will keep time accordingly, please don't pressure me about it. Of course, I won't charge you for hours I haven't been working!

- Lineless Painting

Speed-PaintsPaid by the hour, you choose how many hours (up to 5).
Speedpaints take more skill and agility than normal paintings, and if I happen to livestream your speedpaint, I'll add another half-hour on for free, due to set-up time and distractions.
Speedpaints are normally done on a canvas size of 550x550 or 1200x1200. Their small scale allows me to get more done in the time that I have.
Since I will likely work on these on/off, please do not expect me to have it done x hours after you've paid. I will keep time accordingly, please don't pressure me about it.
Time taken to work up an original sketch is not included in the x hours I'm paid for, since I don't expect payment until after a sketch is approved. Essentially, the sketch is free. :U
1 hour = $10
Example given took about 2.5 hours, not including sketch time. I will accept time limits to a half hour (so it's perfectly okay to ask for 2.5 hours). |
