[Adoptables T.O.S]

• Every once a year I delete all the unwatermarked adopt files from my PC and Google Drive to keep it clean, SO it's YOUR obligation to save, keep and store the files carefully on your FurAffinity, Google Drive, Cloud, Toyhouse or any social media you use to store your adopted characters and not lose the files. Because if you lose the adopt files that's your fault, not mine.

• I do base adoptables a lot, so remember to credit me and the base maker!

• You may not claim my artwork or design as made by you, and even if you edit my artwork, I must remain credited as the original artist and designer.

• You can do whatever you want with the character after bought! edit it, change it, sell it, make merch, use for fursuits etc. All rights to the character I give you, it is your character now.

• I do NOT do refunds! if you want to give the character back to me for whatever reason, I'm ok with that, but I'm not refunding you.

• Please do not buy an adoptable from me just to re-sell it for a higher price after...I'm not stopping you BUT I expect my clients to use the character and give it a loving home, I also love seeing my sold adoptables being drawn or commissioned by their owners, that is really cool and gives me determination to do more adoptables.

For only $12 I will color any base and can do 2 simple lineart edits which would be changing only 2 parts of the base such as different ears or tail. Also same price applies for using the same base assets/acessories/outfits I already have. But if you need me to draw new assets...

⭐ +$5 for EACH new asset/outfit/item I have to draw from scratch.

⭐+$15 for heavy line edits which would change more than 2 parts of the base or almost the entire base lineart.

⭐+$5 for a glowing GIF (if your character glows)

⭐Extra charge for NSFW Version: +$10

⭐ I will have to charge +$10 If the base is way too big or detailed. (big bases take a lot of time to color! I feel comfortable with max. 2 fullbodies)

🍃 Before I do your custom base design you need to send me the base link so I can read the rules ( if the rules say "NO CUSTOMS" I will NOT do your custom on the base.)

🍃 I normally refrain from using the custom assets I draw on my adopts BUT If I draw an custom asset for your custom design and you don't like it at all and tell me to redo the whole thing from scratch in a whole different design I have the right to use what I already made for my future adopts since I don't feel comfortable with taking my time to draw something and then having to delete it afterwards.
