Writing Commission (SFW and NSFW)Hello all!

I am an aspiring writer hoping to one day make a name for myself. Got an interesting idea for a story but unsure how to pen it onto paper? Maybe you would like a story gift for a loved one? Or even you would like a story to accompany your art? Well then, you are looking at one of the right persons for the job ^3^. I can write any kind of short story (SFW or NSFW) for any number of characters, in any perspectives, even a story to accompany any art pieces you have. Typically I won't go over 10,000 words if I can help it, but if the story you have planned has multiple scenes or acts, it will require more words to write out.
I value quality over quantity, and therefore slots are limited. Unless I'm in busy days, I will write ~1,000 words per day for 2/3 pieces at once. If you are interested, please read the following terms of the commission:
[*] I can only write in the English language.
[*] Keep in mind I don't have an exact word count of the final piece, and it may either have more or less words than anticipated. It will help heaps if you let me know the maximum budget I can work with, so I can keep my word count within that budget as much as I can.
[*] Note, I won't exceed 10,000 words. Key benchmarks include 1,000 words being enough for an entire action scene without any build up prior, whereas 3,000 words allows me more room to flesh out the action scenes, with an opening build-up towards the main action, and maybe an aftermath (conclusion) to the action.
[*] I go by the rule 'First come, first serve', but I work on 2-3 pieces at once. There is a chance that someone else's piece may be finished before yours despite you being next, but that is normally due to their piece being shorter.
[*] Minimum word count I will write is 1,000 a piece. When given the details for the commission, I will give a very rough estimate of how many words it may take. Note that this is just a very rough one and I may go over or under. Hence I will require half the cost of that estimate paid upfront before I begin work on it. The rest will be paid when I finish and have the final word count.
[*] I try and keep regular contacts with those I commission by sending them WIPs to make sure the writing of their characters and the scenes are acceptable. Usually via Discord, but if there are any other means where I can easily send WIPs, then I'm all for it.
[*] Up to the word count of the upfront fee, I will send you the final WIP for you to look at. Beyond that, I won't be showing anymore WIPs until I finished the piece.
[*] When I finish the commission, I will send you the final word count and the total price of the piece (you will just have to pay the remaining balance off). The price will be based on the word count rounded up to the nearest hundreds. E.g. 5,482 words will be rounded to 5,500. Once I have received the payment, I will then send you the final piece to look over.
[*] I can revise the final piece free of charge if there are mistakes on it, including changes in what characters would say or do in any situation. However, adding extra scenes may incur extra fee depending on its word count.
[*] I reserve the right to refuse commissions.
[*] I reserve the right to post all finished work in my gallery.
[*] You can post the piece in your gallery, if you make sure to credit the writer appropriately.

Cancellation/Refunds:
[*] If you chose to cancel the commission before I begin work on your piece, you will receive a full refund. I will make sure to notify you when I do.
[*] If you cancel before I completed the word count of the upfront fee, you may receive a partial refund. I.e. If I haven't sent you the final WIP.
[*] If I already worked on your commission past half the estimated word count, the upfront fee is non-refundable.
