RulesOnly tame art. No adultery. Nudity okay, but no genitals, nipples, or anus.
Terms of process:
1. You must send me a note with completed order form available below.
2. Once an agreement is made, you must make the payment. Payment must be received via Paypal before work can begin. Payment must be in US dollars ($). Do not send payment until an agreement is made. Payment must be received within 48 hours upon agreement or person will be dropped. A warning letter will be sent 12 - 24 hours before person is dropped.
3. A rough sketch will be done first and sent to your email.
4. If approved, the image will be continued until finished. If the rough sketch is not approved, additional rough sketches will be made until approved. You may choose to end the commission process only at this point with full refund.
5. Once the original rough sketch is approved, the image will be completed and sent.
6. When the image is completed, you cannot receive a refund. Completed images can be edited if customer is unsatisfied but there will be no refund. Any major edits (changing character, pose background, etc.) may be charged extra.
7. You must contact me within one week if you want your image edited. After a week has passed, I can refuse to edit the image.
Terms of Service:
1. I retain the rights to my work.
2. First come, first serve basis.
3. Prices are not negotiable unless otherwise stated.
4. I will only work on one commission at a time. A waiting list and approximate wait time is available in the journal section of my profile page.
5. Only 10 people may be on the waiting list at a time so that waiting periods can be manageable.
6. Once a commission is finished, the next person to send me a note will be added to the bottom of the list.
7. I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
8. Character concept remains yours. Character concept belonging to someone else may not be used without their permission.
9. Image will be posted onto my gallery (unless otherwise specified) and sent to your email.
10. You can repost work only with due credit and link.
11. If I cancel for any reason, you will be refunded and all work completed at that point will be sent to you free of charge.
12. If you choose to commission me, you have agreed to all the terms presented here. |
