TERMS OF SERVICE
-> Once commissioning something with me, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood all my Terms of Service and agree with them.
-> These terms are subject to be changed at any time, and the commissioner is aware and respects this fact.
-> The commissioner is aware and informed about the existence of my "to-do list" on Trello, where they can check on their and others commissions' progress, followed by the link:

-> You, as the commissioner, received more than one way to contact me through different social media, and is aware of multple ways to do so through the provided information on my Trello.
-> I'll only start working on the commission after its full payment is done. Payment Options such as Installments can be made, but the term is still the same. You will be added to the wait-list once I receive the commission(s)'s full payment, and once I get to their turn, I'll start working on the art(s).
-> I don't work with deadlines due a health condition of mine, but I will keep working on your commission until it is finished and update my Trello list of works so all clients can check on their progresses. Please, be polite and don't rush me to draw your commission. Questions about progress are fine but don't spam messages/notes about it, I will answer them whenever possible though.
-> I prefer drawing a commission if you have a proper character sheet of the character(s) that will be drawn unless you are looking for commissioning a character sheet and character design. I may charge extra by the lack of these references and/or complexity of the character(s)'s design(s).
-> I may charge extra depending on the complexity of the commissioned artwork.
-> I take the right of refusing a commission in case I don't like the involved theme/characters/etc.
-> It is much preferred and appreciated if the customer, during the commissioning process, provides me with more than one way to contact them such as other social media, email and etc in order to not lose contact in case any way of contacting me is lost for whatever reason.
-> Commissioners will only be added to the wait-list once I receive their commission(s)'s full payment. Once it gets to their turn, I'll start working on their art(s).
-> Payment must be done via PayPal, Pix or PicPay and in USD (preferred) or BRL (Brazilian money).
-> I reserve myself the right of choosing the order of the commissioned artworks I'll be working on during the commission process.
-> I have the right of choice if I will submit your commissioned art(s) to my gallery(ies) or not. In case you don't want your art to be posted, you must specify it during the commission progress so we can talk about it.
-> Once I have the sketch of your art done, I'll send it to you to see if you approve the progress and if I may continue to the final result. Once the art is approved, I'll keep working on it until I get to the final result. Some minor changes can be done during the sketch phase, and no changes can be done after the final result.
-> In case a sketch of a commissioned art is rejected for whatever the reason and/or a re-draw is necessary, I reserve myself the right of keeping this rejected sketch and/or pose to modify and use it the way I wish.
-> All drawings are done on Digital media. Once the commission is finished, I will send the high-resolution result as .PNG or .JPG (picture file), and I reserve myself the right to not sending the .SAI or .PSD file.
-> All the Copyrights of the commission belong to me, that means I can submit it to anywhere I want (unless specified that I can't) and use it for both Commercial and Non-Commercial purposes.
-> The commissioner has the right to use the commissioned art for Non-Commercial use Only, such as: using it as an avatar/profile picture, submitting it to their art galleries, sharing the art on their social media, printing posters for themselves, etc. In case the commissioner is willing to have the Commercial Usage Rights of their art, please ask for its price.
-> The commissioner must always credit me whenever and wherever the art is posted, being it with my artistic name, a link to my user page, etc.
-> Once commissioning something with me, you agree that you are 18 years old or older and is responsible for the money used to buy the commission. In case you are a minor (younger than 18 years old), I won’t draw/work for you.
REFUNDS
-> In case you want to get refunds and I haven't started at least sketching your commission, you can cancel it and ask me to send the full payment back.
-> By the time I start working on your commission, no matter at which stage the art is, I reserve myself the right of not giving any refunds.
-> If the WIP (work in progress) sketch presented to the commissioner is approved and I'm given permission to keep drawing it, I reserve myself the right not to give any refunds for whatever reason.
-> I reserve myself the right of not sending any refund for whatever reason once the commissioned art is completed.
-> In case during a commission process I, for some reason, come to the knowledge that the commissioner lied about their age and/or the commissioner's legal guardians ask for a refund, I reserve myself the right of only sending back 50% of the art's value or not sending any refunds in case the commissioned piece is finished.
-> If for whatever reason I lose contact with the commissioner and am not able to reach them to talk about art updates, ask questions about their art and etc, in ways such as by not having access to other ways to talk and contact them which would cause me to not be able to continue working on the commissioned art, I reserve myself the right of not giving any refunds if 6 months are passed after my last contact with the client.
-> If a refund must be given, the commissioner must send me a note explaining the reasons for it and I will judge which of the terms from above shall be applied. Once everything is decided, I reserve myself the right to have at least 60 days to return the money to the commissioner via PayPal (only).
-> I reserve myself the right of not refunding a commission by using any other methods that aren't using PayPal or that require the usage of my credit card, in order to protect both me and the client. |

REQUESTS, GIFTS, TRADES & COLLABSREQUESTS
Closed, I no longer work with free requested artworks. In the future, I'll open raffles and other different ways for my followers to have free art from me, but I won't draw free requested artworks under any circumstances.
GIFTS
Gift arts will only be done out of my free will and to closer friends of mine, after all a gift is something that you give for someone when you like and appreciate this someone, without willing something in return. It isn't something you ask someone to give, else it won't be a true gift ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
So...gifts are for friends only, and if you want me to draw something as a gift for someone, please, read the Commissions' Info and my ToS.
TRADES
I LOVE DOING TRADES!!! But...sometimes I'm a bit picky with those. So please, send me a note with your ideas so we can talk about it, and don't be sad if I don't accept doing a trade with you at the time.
COLLABS
I find collabs very enjoyable! If you are interested in doing a collab with me, just send me a note. I can do both collabs for commission purposes or just for fun, but I may not be able to do this last one depending on how busy I am at the time.
Oh, and currently I only use PaitToolSAI to draw, so if you want to do a collab, please, I'll need the files to be either .SAI or .PSD (preferred)
