Please note that I am a very slow artist so if you hire me expect a pretty lengthy wait for me to get it done for you. I currently am working on a friends commission and many other images.
Terms of Service and Copyright Policy
Terms of Service
When you (the client) commission me (the artist), you agree to the following:
- The client must be 18+ to order, even for SFW orders.
- If the client wants to add a friend's character or a character that they don't own, the artist will have to verify with the owner of that character.
- The artist may refuse any slot request for any reason.
- If the client cancels the commission, they will not get the down payment back.
- If the client is not satisfied with any part of the artwork, they may request to have some changes made, but the artist is not obligated to revise or refund it.
- If for whatever reason the artist is unable to complete this commission after accepting, the artist will refund the client the amount paid so far.
Copyright and Usage Policy
When you (the client) commission me (the artist), you agree to the following:
- All art the artist produces is owned by the artist and not the commissioner, unless stated otherwise.
- The commissioner may freely use the commissioned artwork for any purpose that isn't commercial. If you or your company want to buy an artwork for a commercial purpose, the artist is not prepared to do that at this time.
- The artist will not share this artwork anywhere unless previously agreed upon, and will credit the commissioner’s characters whenever possible.
- The commissioner is free to share and distribute this work anywhere as long as the artist is credited in the description. If a description field is not possible (such as in the case of usage as a profile picture or banner), credit is not required.
- The commissioner may not claim that this artwork was created by them.
- If the commissioner requests for the piece to be taken down or removed from anywhere the artist has posted it, they will do so (as long as they have read and received the message). |
