COMMISSION AGREEMENT

1. You may not resell the artwork I do for you. UNLESS, you get written permission from me.

2. I take payments through PayPal and Moneypak !AFTER! I show you your rough sketch.

3. If you approve the rough sketch, I will than ask for payment. Once I have received the payment I will finish the commission and send you the artwork as a full size, 300dpi, 8.5x11 (tall or wide layout) PNG

~NOTE ON LINE ART: I will also give you a Photoshop file so you can color the line art easily. :D

4. NO Refunds after payment, so make sure you like the sketch before I continue..

5. I DO NOT draw Adult images...
~ However, I will draw artistic nude images with breast showing.
~ In addition, I will only draw private areas on Ref. Sheets for an extra fee of $5.
~ You can Note/Email me if you have a Questions about this...

6. I will gladly do revisions to tailor the artwork to your liking at no extra charge, but revisions that are extensive and take a lot of additional time will cost extra.

7. I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason without explanation or prejudice.

Any and all artwork you see in my gallery is ™ and © by me, or unless stated otherwise. You may not, copy, sell, or otherwise use my artwork unless you have written permission by me. You DO, however, have the right to re-post the artwork I do for you, as long as you © and link it back to me.
