DISCLAIMERS
-You MUST be 18 years or older in order to commission me.
-As each commission is unique, prices may change depending on the level of detail & work required.
-I will draw most things. Present me with your idea & I will let you know if I am willing to draw it or make a compromise.
-If you ask me to draw an OC that doesn’t belong to you, I will either need a screenshot of consent from the OC’s owner, or for the owner to contact me themselves to give consent.
ARTIST RIGHTS
-I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason & without explanation.
-I reserve the right to use commissioned art for monetary purposes, such as in art packs or patreon posts.
-I reserve the right to use commissioned art in my professional portfolio, though I will only claim ownership of the artwork, NOT your original characters.
-I do not work outside of my business hours unless I actively desire to, or if it's a time-sensitive emergency. Feel free to message me anytime, just be aware that I probably won't respond while off work/on the weekends!
CLIENT RIGHTS
-You have the right to publicly upload/post any commissioned art you get from me, as long as you credit me by one of my usernames/accounts with an active link, & only post the watermarked version of the image.
-You have the right to confidentiality in our communications & with any personal information involved in our communications & transactions (unless issues of legality arise).
-You have the right to ask me NOT to post your commission publicly, however there is a privacy fee of $35.
(Each piece of art I do acts as advertising of my skills, so being able to post any work I do is important!)
-There is no fee for anonymity! You have the right to remain anonymous in my posts if you wish, just ask.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
-Work in progress images throughout the process.
-A full resolution PNG of the final image & any alternate versions.
-A watermarked version that you can post/upload publicly.
-The PSD (photoshop document) *on request*.
-If I make a timelapse video of your commission for my youtube channel, I will send you the video file.
ALTERNATE VERSIONS (ALTS)
-Alts will be priced according to how much of the base concept must be changed.
-Please communicate what you would like changed in alts as clearly as possible so I can accurately implement them. Visual aids help a lot! (reference photos, art inspo, stick figures, posed 3D models, etc.)
REVISIONS
-Revision prices will increase with complexity & for each stage backwards I have to work.

PAYMENT
-I accept 50% payment up front & 50% upon finishing. Once the commission is completed you will be sent a JPG to confirm approval. The full resolution PNG, watermarked publicly-postable version, & PSD (if requested) files will be sent once the second payment is received.
-If you cannot afford the entirety of your commission all at once, you can pay for it in stages. (I.E. you can pay for the sketch and have the color done at a later date when you are able to afford it)
REFUNDS
-90% refund available if I have not yet begun work. (10% for time taken communicating/calculating an estimate/setting up the project)
-50% refund available up until the coloring stage. |
