Terms of Service TERMS OF SERVICE
General :
• I keep the right to post my art on social media if I want to.
• My art have to be used for a personal purpose only, no commercial use allowed.
• Please credit me when you post my art, preferably with a link to my gallery.
• I can refuse a commission for any reason.
• If you ask for a refund, I keep the right to reuse the sketch for a personal art or YCH.
• If you want to commission me NSFW art, you must be 18 or older.
Commission process :
Payment : I use a schedule system for commission. When you contact me, before payment I’ll tell you in wich month I plan to START your commission. Usually it will be finished within the same month, but at worse it will be the next one !
The payment will be done with Paypal before I start the sketch. I’ll ask your paypal email then I’ll send you an invoice.
Sketch step : I’ll send you first a really rough sketch, to determine the pose and the composition of the picture. You can ask for big changes here. Once validated, I don’t allow pose changes. Then I do a definitve sketch, you can ask for minor changes like facial expression. Once this step is validated by yourself, I don’t allow any modifications in the sketch.
Rough color step : Once the sketch is validated, I'll put sketchy colors on it ! If I made a big mistake about the color design of your fursona it's the moment to tell me ! ( its still rough so little color details may not appear yet at this step)
Same if the color ambiance don't fit to what you want, tell it to me now, cause once this step validated, I won't allow more changes !
/!\ This step if optional for sketches commission with no specific atmostphere or simple ones
Refund conditions :
As long as I didn't start working on an order, a 100% refund is possible.
If you ask for a refund once sketches are started, the percentage of the refund will depend of the time I spent on your commission.
Once the color or the painting started, no refund is possible.
