I'm happy to draw kinks that I usually dont draw, but there may be an extra charge if it is something I do not feel comfortable posting online. Feel free to ask for a quote!
Terms of Service:
1. By commissioning me, the customer agrees to my terms of service.
2. (a) The customer is responsible for providing me with adequate and clear reference. (b) NOTE: I will follow your ref sheet exactly. If there is something you want included that is not on your ref sheet (ex. tattoo, additional tail, ect) PLEASE MENTION THIS WHILE WE ARE DISCUSSING PAYMENT. If, after I show you the finished piece you then decide to mention the character's ref sheet was missing something you want on your character, there will be an additional fee to compensate me for having to create a second version of the commission. © THIS ALSO APPLIES if you ask for something additional but are not specific enough that I end up having to draw multiple versions of the commission. For example, asking for a penis to be exposed, but not specifying whether or not the penis is erect or flaccid. Or asking for the penis to be exposed, but then after I draw it you ask for it to be cumming. This is to avoid me getting scammed into drawing multiple versions of the commission which otherwise would require the customer paying an additional charge for each additional version (ex. cum version, chastity cage version, ect).
3. Please be polite. Please speak in a manner that is professional. Please be concise and comprehensive.
I have autism and have difficulties understanding slang, excessive use of cutsie language, and excessive use of emojis. In other words, please talk to me as if you are emailing any other professional (ex, mechanic, hairdresser, tattoo artist, ect) asking for their skills.
4. I will let you know if I accept the commission or not.
5. Please let me know before I accept the commission whether or not you do not want me to post the completed piece, as there will be an additional charge. If you do not wish to be charged, I can post the art as an anonymous commission.
6. If I accept the commission please pay in full to my paypal account before I begin work.
7. I will give you an estimate as to how long it will take me to complete and where you are in the queue.
8. When I finish the commission I will send it to you for confirmation. If there are any changes needed, I will change them for free.* If you decide there is nothing to be changed, or if the changes I have made meet your approval, this is called confirmation.
9. Once you confirm that the commission is complete, the commission will be considered ready for uploading. If you decide after confirmation that you want changes to be made, there will be a fee for me to make those changes.
10. I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
(a) Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
(b) Promote myself with in any place or site and to display it anywhere to my liking.
© The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself, use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
(d) The commissioner is not allowed to turn the art into an NFT, publish the art and make profit, put the art on commodities (ex. shirts/cups/stickers/ect) and make profit, or resell the art for a price higher than the commissioner paid.
(e) If you would like the commission to be PRIVATE (meaning I cannot post it to my social media) there will be a fee to compensate me for not being able to use the commission to gain more commissions.
*This rule is excluded if the commissioner decides I must make changes that differ from the ref sheet as stated in rules 2 (a) 2 (b) and 2 © |
