PAYMENT:
➤ I accept payment in EUR via PayPal or in deviantART points. If you're in Germany you may also send the money directly to my bank account.
➤ Payment is taken upfront. The amount you pay determines the time that I spend on your drawing.
➤ Refunds are possible at all stages, but the refunded amount will be reduced based on the amount of work already completed.

WHAT I WILL/ WILL NOT DRAW:
➤ Gore/nsfw content is fine - up to a certain extend. Ask me!
➤ I won't draw things that I do not support. This means no content that supports hate or racism / nothing that includes religious or political symbols and probably some more things. Please ask me if you're not sure.

PROCESS:
➤ For bigger pieces: I will send you a few initial sketches to chose from before starting. At this stage, you are encouraged to suggest changes. I will keep sending you WIPs to keep you up to date and to allow you to give feedback.
➤ If I have any questions regarding the commission, I will message you to clarify. In order to prevent delays in the process, please answer the questions as soon as you can.
➤ There is no guarantee that I will stream or record your piece as a speed paint video, but there is a chance.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
➤ I will send you the full piece in high resolution.
➤ You can request the .psd file or a version without watermark for private use.

NOTE:
➤ Once I have received your request, you will be set on a waiting list. No action is required at this stage. I will get back to you once I'm ready to start your commission.
➤ Please note that the time it will take until you receive the finished artwork may vary, depending on my schedule and the drawing's complexity. You may ask me to rush the work by setting a due date. This will cost extra.
➤ I preserve the right to decline a commission request without giving a reason. Don't be upset if I decline - I try to get the best out of commissions for both of us, so if I feel uncomfortable with your idea for whatever reason, chances are that the result wouldn't turn out as great. It saves both of us money and time.
➤ I, as the artist, reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. That means I can publish/print/sell/use/modify all commissioned art, unless you chose to buy the rights from me for commercial purposes - in that case, I will sell the copyright to you by charging an extra percentage fee.

Price depends on complexity and amount of characters.
No guarantee for perfect details on characters, especially if they are very detailed characters.
