By commissioning me, you are thereby agreeing to all the terms listed on this site, including acknowledgment of the info on my process, payment, refunds, etc. Payment for all work is done via PayPal under goods and services. Because my writing and art frequently contains adult themes, you must be 18+ to commission me, even if the artwork you want is not adult themed. All my writing and art is © to myself. I retain all rights to my work and am allowed to upload it to any of my galleries, as well as use it for my commission examples. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. Please don't take it personally and understand that I have my own reasons for doing so. The commissioner is responsible for the quality of references. I do not accept text references even for written work. The only exception is for reference commissions where I shall work from description and visual examples. The commissioner is responsible for making sure the information is understandable and detailed. What has been agreed upon by both parties is what will be received. I will make one (1) change to the ending commission if needed that was not due to my own fault or misunderstanding. You are NOT allowed to claim my writing or art as your own and must credit me when posting it anywhere online or in real life. You are NOT allowed to profit off of my work or use it for commercial purposes. You can do anything else with the writing or art you have commissioned, such as posting it to your galleries (with credit), but it is for your personal use only. You are only allowed to use the writing and art you have commissioned! You may not use any of my other artwork for personal use - this includes using it for icons, banners, etc. You are, of course, allowed the personal use of the writing or art that you have obtained in the purchase or trade of a character. Editing my work is not allowed without permission. Do not, under any circumstances, edit the writing or art in any way. Other artists/writers are not allowed to edit my work for you. If you have any questions about your commission, PM me instead of making it public. I will not respond to public comments regarding commissions. Refunds will be given in full if the piece has not been started. If the piece has been started you will be refunded a fraction of the price appropriating to how much of the writing or art commission has already been completed.
