TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing a slot in YCH/commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate an order in the case any commissioner violates these terms.
GENERAL
-I'm open to trying things out, and can confirm that I currently won't draw gore/guro & scat. If it turns me on, huge chance I'll draw it - so when pitching something to me, do your best to get me wet~
-I can't draw someone else's character(s) without their permission or proof they would be ok with it, surprise gift or not.
-As I become more comfortable with the FA community, my base prices will slowly match the same I charge outside of FA
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
-Paypal is my preferred method of payment.
-An invoice will be sent to the email provided where payment is made
-Payments are expected to be completed up front within 72 hours unless agreed or otherwise specified
-Cancelling during any projects; I will refund you the total minus the amount for which work has already been done.
-Upon completion (Commission or otherwise); the payment is non-refundable.
WORKFLOW:
-Deadlines don't go down well with me~~ I go through pieces in order of what I'm in the mood for if I'm honest, but I do push to do a 1st come 1st serve basis.
-I typically provide concepts awaiting approval before moving on to the next stage (the process is viewable in my gallery). At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge (within reason, no constant do-overs).
-Any mistakes made on my part will be corrected free of charge
-If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.
-I will use any reference you give me, but as it's in my style, I will draw things how I want, and color how I want, just know I do it to please you~
RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE:
-Clients can upload any work I produce for them anywhere (with the 'XC' symbol) and use it online in any non-commercial manner. Editing any works for other uses is fine, all I ask is you credit or link back where possible to support me.
-I reserve the right to use any work produced for whatever purpose such as uploading to show others example of process or using material to advertise.
-Private commissions are fine with me, just note me before hand to discuss.
MISC / FAQ
-Succubus XC is based on me
-If you know who I am/seen my cam shows/videos, please keep it to yourself
-Discount amounts vary based on piece(s) won (automatically given to you for being in a YCH piece or purchasing a commission)
-Using a discount on a new piece earns you no new discounts
-Your payment goes towards living essentials and work (e.g. sex toys and the like for me to use as reference)
-I do not want to be included in any pictures unless I give permission
WHAT ADDS TO THE PRICE:
-complex outfits, props, compex designs, patterns
-Wings, tails, extra body parts over the base human form
-Background elements or backgrounds in general
-Complicated interactions with the environment or between characters |

_XC SketchBase price will vary depending on numerous factors such as what you want (animation, illustration etc), complexity, full body/ head shot, number of characters etc~
As I am new, I won't be charging my usual rates outside of FA until I'm comfortable, so some numbers you can expect may be as follows:
Hi--res (2k pixels) *Soon to be lowered
Fully colored character, Base Price $150~ (based on simple human char, no fur,wings,tails,patterns etc).
+120 for another full char
+40~ for suggestive background elements
+70~ for an extra panel
+60~ for messy version
-25~ - recently won a YCH
-25~ - recently won another YCH
-25~ - wants low-res (1k pixels) instead of HD (2k)
Has had work done before including YCH - Free standard & messy version

As time goes on my prices will slowly rise back to how much I charge my clients outside of FA. Note me rather than rely on this guide as the prices will slowly go back to my usual rates as time goes on and these numbers may be outdated.
