- Before the commission starts the payment is refundable, after the commission the starts the payment is not refundable.
-If you don't want me to upload work with your character to my gallery, then I'll charge the same price of the art price.
-If you upload my artwork to your gallery or another website please leave a link to my FA gallery in the description.
I reserve all rights to the image:
- My commissions are intended for private use only.
- Do not remove my signature from the work before adding it to a personal gallery or printing it out for personal display.
- You may not use or alter the commissioned artwork for commercial use or the purpose of monetary gain.
- Your original character belongs to you, but you have no commercial rights to the artwork itself and cannot legally use it to make money.
Character Resales:
- I reserve all rights to the artwork even if you sell your character.
- The art must not be resold for more than what you paid me for it.
- If you choose to sell the rights to your character and want to include private commissions originally bought from me in that sale, please CONTACT ME and inform me of the impending sale.
- Prospective buyers must be informed of my Terms of Service and agree to them prior to the sale.
- If the the buyer does not agree to my terms, the sale is not valid and cannot proceed until all private commission works bought from me are formally excluded from the sale.
- Upon selling your character, your private usage rights to the commissioned work and all commercial restrictions transfers to the new owner. Are applied the same rules above.
- By selling your character you agree to forfeit all private usage rights to any commissioned artwork from me that was included in the sale, as neither the art nor the character belong to you anymore. |
