Terms Of Service✧ By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions. If you'd like to discuss the terms, don't hesitate to come to me with any questions you may have :)
- Full prepayment via PayPal
- Payment plans are available for larger commissions
- You have rights on your commission for personal / NON-commercial use only
- Signature must remain on artwork
◦ Usually a commission takes from 7 day to 1 month (it depends on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, the time it takes to go back and forth with revisions, and other work)
◦ If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as possible.
◦ Birthday and holiday gifts are discussed separately. It's possible to finish commission in time for a certain date (price fluctuates from free to +50% to the price)
✧ If you don't sure how to describe your commission fill out this form:
1. What type of artwork you want (bust/half-body/full-body)
2. General idea (pose, situation)
3. Reference(s) of your character(s) or a detailed description (please don’t forget important details like tattoos, scars, makeup, piercings)
4. Character's personality, emotions
5. Background (flat color, pattern, gradient) or detailed background
6. If you have any references for pose/atmosphere (colors), please include them too.
✧ PROCESS OF CREATING ART ✧
1. Concept Sketch: I submit you 3 rough sketches for your approval. Please provide detailed feedback and request all necessary revisions.
2. Refined Sketch: After the concept is approved, I will submit a refined sketch.
3. Flat Colors: After the color palette is selected and approved, I will begin the rendering process.
4. Final Artwork: I will send you the art (PNG) with 300 DPI, unless otherwise requested.
- Changes are possible at any stage of work. It's usually for free, but depends on difficulty.
✧ REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY ✧
- If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
- After the Concept Sketch: 50% refund of the total commission price.
- The commission cannot be cancelled or refunded after the Refined Sketch has been approved.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
