Payment
>Payment is due once sketch is confirmed
>Payment plans are possible for anything $100 or over, If under it will need to be paid in full

>PAYPAL ONLY. No e-cheques. No exceptions.

>Please have the payment ready within 3 days off commission being accepted unless agreed otherwise



Refunds
>Artwork is non-refundable once complete.

> Please do not do edits yourself on any commission (other than cropping/text) I am happy to fix problems

> If I am unable to start your commission, or you have to cancel before work has begun, you will be refunded in full.

> I reserve the right to cancel a commission, at any time, due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behaviour or the inability to communicate in effective English.

> The commissioner may also cancel a commission at any time for any reason, but Refunds will not be given if work is nearly completed

> If work has started on your commission and it is cancelled you will be refunded up to the price of what has been done.



Edits and Alterations

>I will provide a rough sketch and colour progress update for you to approve and get changes on.

> You are not limited to an amount of edits but please do not abuse this

>If there is a design or colour mistake I will fix it without any problems but if work is done please try to point them out right away , as I delete commission files after 1 month

>If you do not like how you're commission turned out, please tell me as I will fix it for you

Alterations and edit opportunity will be revoked if

> Communication falls on your end without any warning

> Extreme amounts of rude behaviour

> If you decide to give me hassle every day over your commission


Turn-around and Deadlines

>My turn around should be within the 2 weeks of commissioning me, but in some cases it may take longer, I will notify you in this scenario.

>If you wish to have you're commission done by a certain date please give me at-least 2 week’s notice

> Please do not abuse me about how long I’m taking, I am doing my best, WIP’s are provided at every stage of the commission.




Rights
>I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, and am in no way obligated to provide a reason in the case of refusal.

>Unless I have explicitly stated otherwise, I will retain all copyright to my artwork, even when characters contained within the work belong to the commissioner. It is in my right to post, distribute, copy, reproduce, or use for promotion. The art you commission will not be sold as prints etc

>You are free to post any commission done for you to a personal/public gallery, so long as credit is provided.

>You have permission to make prints/copies of the image so long as it is for personal use, if you wish to sell prints we can negotiate this.

>I reserve the right to use rejected sketches (i.e. if you rejected a sketch for a whole new pose) for my own use

My working hours
My work schedule is not set in stone, but please be advised that I do occassionally take Friday afternoons and Saturday off so that I may spend time with my family and friends.
