We missed it in the wedding ceremony. You can see only one here on this page.

Didn't have any in the page before they were born

So Vix was created the same way that second little critter was created with Hadalen power, but as Mis said she's healthy, and we saw from previous chapters she managed to even get pregnant from Fen and give birth to the twins. That opens a big precedent that Hadalen can be used not only to create shadow clones like that small critter did, but literally totally new living beings by their own (like that little girl seems to have done to Vix be 'born')
Oh shit, Vix is a Haladen creation. That's something I hadn't expected, though you did post that one image showing what her eyes actually look like.
And yep, she definitely two of the stripes on her mouth, and she had for a while. But there are also a few of panels where she has none, and various out-of-universe images of her without the stripes over her mouth so I'm actually not sure when it started. But I did check and she had three in 6-93, none in 6-126 (probably just an oops there) and one in 6-128.
A small detail I'd overlooked until Fen was specifically asking about it a few pages back.

Since your comment sent me on a scavenging hunt, for anyone else interested: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/16162766 This is the eye pic.
Also, if you'll notice Vix has five stripes in that pic. There's no explanation as to why she went from five to three. Her going from three to one with the birth of the twins makes sense, but nothing happened that I know of to cause her to go from five to three. Then again, Fer did say in the pic that it might be an April Fool's joke, so who knows?
Okay, I'll admit I could have never seen this coming. And as intriguing as it sounds...
I do have some possible worries in regards to Vix's existence as a whole.
Like, is there a limitation to her? I don't mean her abilities, but... her lifespan expectancy.
And what does this mean for Vix and Fen's kids? So many questions arising from this one
unexpected reveal.

Huh...maybe that explains why her eyes are always closed; maybe she doesn't actually have eyes because that's not how she actually perceives the world. I recall way back when that was asked of her and her only response was that it was always how it had been for her, so this might well explain it.
Also, I am also curious on the proposed theory that the loss of bars in her fur pattern has something to do with the birth of the twins.

That’s.., mildly concerning. But considering what Hadelan can do… I wonder if she has a recycled ‘soul’ like everyone else.
It helps explain why she was able to merge with Fen so easily back when they became a Wyvern. I’ve actually been wondering if that would come up again. And if maybe Vix was more affected by it than we thought.

Ok. Feretta implied (07-10, in the comments) that one of the Jennifer twins is also a Hadalen creation. Also, the Draakin are composed almost entirely of Hadalen-born material (06-20). Very surprising, but, after the first Vitrin attack, they restored much of the population with cloning machines (05-69, comments). Perhaps those machines also used Hadalen energy?
Once more mind blown. The implications here are interesting.
Is that what the magic of Farelliar is? Power that full fills wishes?
The four elemental cores sustain the world and a system that creates a life sustaining environment. That might be the reason why users of their power are more limited than that of Hadalen. Those cores are already quite busy and Hadalen was created with the focus of granting wishes. The Hadalen core is also not busy with other tasks.
And finally Vitrin...
Is that what Vitrin is? Created to bring people together and taken to the extreme, to universal levels? No mind, even one as smart as Baelin would be up to the task, but he was able to create something that could.
Because the implications of a girl creating a living, breathing body independent of herself? Vast. Even with her access to Hadalen.

i dont think hadalen is quite so much "wish magic" as much as it is magic that manifests wills
when fen creates a hadalen spear, she isnt wishing that spear into existence but rather is enforcing her will upon the ambient hadalen (from the hadalen core) or from within her body to summon a spear
we will probably get a direct answer in the next few pages, but it seems that hadalen doesnt require you to fully understand what exactly you are creating as long as you can focus hard enough on the idea to create it.
(also if im remembering correctly, vitrin wasnt created using haladen and its purpose was to be a teleporter)

Wait! Twin?
Jennifer?
But back to Vix, kinda. I don't really think we have to fear Vix dissappearing into mist. We saw through Lars that Alfred was actually trying to repair the planet with Hadalin the first time around. So Hadalin structures can keep form without continued effort in some cases.
While others have mentioned the marks might be taken as a depleting life span. I wonder if it could be an indicator for something else. Like a form of development or evolution?

As was pointed out below by a very clever observer...

i... sorta was expecting this.
it is strange to say but "vix is a living hadalen construct" was something that has crossed my mind, considering that dragons in this world are basically the same way.
i definitely wasnt expecting her to be made by a child though, i thought it would have been a mis experiment that went wrong.
though i do have the feeling that mis had something to do with her development, we know that hadalen constructs need focus to maintain and assuming the child successfully recreated life, that child would have to constantly focus to maintain baby vix, at least until the point where vix was old enough to focus upon herself. so maybe mis was able to give vix a true physical form through some of her research.
or maybe i am completely wrong, i guess we will have to see!

Huh, you know this page gives extra context of why Jennifer did what she did next page and wouldn't let Fenfen go.
That is if Jennifer has any emotional connection to Vix like that. She was only a child when she made Vix back then. And she was trying to create someone else at the time. I can't really imagine what something like that would be for a child, and Vix is only finding this out now. So I imagine there must be a reason for keeping the secret.

So.... The kids will be interesting.
The daughter of a world saving near godlike, who also happens to posses powers that can exceed your average Hadalen users had children with a woman who was essentially made from pure Hadalen.
Those kids are going to be very powerful I think.

Hm. This seems to imply that, with everything else in the lore, that Haladen gives the potential to create a vessel, one that can be filled with a Soul or Ghost or whatever the spark of consciousness is that draws from the PATH system. This could also explain why Vix doesn't have a focus; functionally, her entire body is one. So Vix could, potentially, be more powerful than Fen, and may be required to fight alongside her when whatever happens, happens.
This could also imply that the Jennifers are literally one person sharing two bodies.

I actually went back to look at her first appearance and compare it to now, since I hadn't really noticed the difference in the muzzle stripes. It's really interesting to see how not only her character model has changed with time, but how your art style has improved with time. She was a vastly different looking character back then, muzzle stripes aside. And it's amazing to see how far you've come as an artist.
