I've found that like shortly before/around when most of the US gets off work (4 to 8 PM EST) in the middle of the week tends to get me the best results right off the bat, like Tuesdays through Thursdays

I... don't know what time is a good time to submit stuff, never thought about it to be honest, maybe the ideal would be to try and hit the Eastern Time's afternoon?
