While yes, you do not have a Facebook account. It does not mean Facebook has a profile on you. How? Say you have a friend or family member and they have Facebook on their phone. They clicked on yes on allow "Facebook manage your contracts." Now Facebook has your number and the listed contacts name. Match this with co worker's contacts and other sources, they now could have your full name and perhaps general region you are in. Look up your name in a public database, Facebook now knows who you are even though you do not have an account. What do they have to gain from this? When the product is free, your the product. They would or have already sold your information to ad company's and others without you even having an account.

With any luck this is the beginning of the end for Facebook.

Hopefully Twitter dies with them
