After reading this site, I found a lot of different inanimate tf stories, specifically this one https://aryion.com/g4/view/691816, which I like. I highly recommend his story's if you want other kinds of vore with a sprinkling of inanimate transformation.
I am thinking of making a medieval-based barbarian character referred to as The Black Smith. The Black Smith is, as his title says, a travelling black Smith who is capable of making all sorts of enchanted armour of the highest quality. How he does, it is of a closely guarded secret known only to a few. Those that do know it are sworn never to repeat it. If they do, they know it, he will no longer do business with them, or he will come for them.
since this is me, I am sure you can guess how he does. (If you didn't guess, I would be very disappointed.) My idea is someone who stumbles on travellers and then uses them. Maybe a wolf rogue whose body is reduced to a leather set of enchanted armour with the armour pieces still containing the said rogue's soul granting it extra abilities. (Done through magic dagger or hammer depending on which tool he needs). That or he can also turn an unsuspecting party into an armour set for a wealthy lord.
Any ideas for species? I am thinking of repurposing Duncan to be him as I don't use him, and he looks the part, my elephant version of Kayllik with the loincloth (not mammoth) or creating a new bear character.
Anything you would want him to turn you into?

And defo a nice set of plate armor, helmet an all. after all, what is medieval without a knight in shining armor?
Knights may be a dime in a dozen, but a set of shining armor is not :)
Or maybe a dragon fighter turned into some heavy armor that grants a bonus to the dragons damage tye. So ice dragon blocks ice or fire blocks fire. Etc.
But I also like the idea of sentient weapons in my dnd game so that's always an option.
How about a ranger with their wolf companion. The wolf feral turned into a collar that turns the wearer into a feral tamed version of their species. And the ranger being the new pet to a wealthy lord or something.
