I need your guys thoughts.
Jason a nerdy guy who didn’t put much effort into his Halloween costume is now avatar of Halloween after being punished by the spirit of Halloween for his subpar costume. He is complelled on Halloween to become Bowser and cause other costumes to become real. If someone he comes across is not wearing a costume or has put little effort into it he is able to punish them by turning them into what ever he wants. They are then transformed for the rest of the night into what ever he says. So if he said slutty vixen the person would turn into a slutty vixen, or your boyfriends boobs then that’s what they will become until the Halloween magic wears off. However after that first Halloween where he turned a Halloween party into a massive orgy he found that he can still turn into his bowser side with same powers. This is especially true if he is invited to any kind of costume party which he cannot resist attending.
His girlfriend Gloria has found that she can coax the Halloween spirit side of her boyfriend out from time to time. All she has to do is wear any kind of costume and try and seduce him. Or play to his bowsers side ego. She especially knows that if she wears her starfox costume will cause him to transform and her in turn to become a slutty starfox.

OoOoO~ personally I love the concepts beginning it's just ripe for any and everything~ A good amount of karma, Irony, hijinks and more~ I think it can be done very well although I will say I do have a sweet spot for him not desiring the change as much so as his bowser alter ego and girlfriend are the ones who do truly desire it but he must due to that compulsion you mentioned~
Yeah I was also thinking that way. Also he can also alter the costumes that people become so like if some one is wearing a princess peach costume he can turn them in to a princess peach sex doll or princess peach underwear. Like if Gloria is dressed as fox and bowser side comes out he can say,” oh look it is my star fox dildo,” and thus she becomes the dildo.
