Payment is required BEFORE your piece has been started.
If you want WIP updates, they MUST be via Discord unless otherwise discussed(you can find my links in my profile)
Pieces may take up to 2 weeks to finish after start date. The further down in the queue you are, the longer it may take, please be patient!
Any edits made after you have received the final file will cost 15 usd per edit UNLESS it is artist's mistake.
Chargebacks will be challenged, and you will be blocked, reported and blacklisted
These commissions are for personal use ONLY.
You are free to upload commissions to your social media with the correct credit.
I hold the rights to the artwork, you may use it for any personal use, as long as you don’t sell or use commercially.
I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
-Promote myself in any place or site.
-To display it anywhere to my liking.
-Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner/customer is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off of the piece in any way)
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-Altering the artwork without artist's consent.

NSFW COMMISSIONS CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED/OWNED BY ADULTS 18+
I reserve the right to refuse any commission I am not comfortable working on.
I reserve the right to charge more based on complexity or if I'm drawing a custom character with no clear or visible references.
I reserve the right to refuse any customer I do not feel comfortable working with.
I reserve the right to refund or cancel a commission at any point. If I do not receive payment, you will not be added to my, the artist's, queue.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I please for others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me thus far.

I accept CASHAPP, PAYPAL, and VENMO only. I primarily use Paypal, though.
