So… that just happened

So about an hour ago (its 23:20 right now) the hangar I work at suffered a fire in the office.
I’m not going to go into details, but we’re a small company and I don’t see us bouncing back from this.
I knew from a while back that I wouldn’t pursue aviation outside of the dutchy, so… this might be the start of full time art for me.
I’m pretty upset by this, things were looking… odd, but up. Kinda. It was getting complicated.
There was no one there, someone staying on site spotted the fire, which is a mixed blessing.
My head is kind of shutting down right now, just had to… write something…
So yeah
We’ll see whats left in the next few days… go from there… activity maybe more sporadic than usual
Or more consistent

Unfortunately it was already looking doubtful that our site would remain open, our PLAN once we got rid of the umbrella company was to continue as a small business, but this may have thrown a spanner in the works. Now we're 3 contractors without a hangar to work in and the bit of paper that says we can work on aircraft is attached to the building, not to us, so it's unclear how/if we can work elsewhere right now.
This entire situation really sucks, I hope whatever happens works out okay for you in the long run
Sorry to hear this happen to your work place. Perhaps it will be a good thing down the line.

Thankfully our battery bay (lead acid) was only water damaged... again... so that was one less thing to worry about
But very thankful everyone was ok.
Hopefully the clean up for your work wont be nearly as bad.
That's a shock. I hope you (as well as everyone else involved) pulls through.
