So me and mom had this public place shop we used to rent to other people, then the district becomes less public, and covid hits..., we didnt check the place for 3 years, there's a leak on the 2nd floor bathroom leaking to the 1st floor roof....

I been asking for help since covid hits and I hate that I have to ask for more, but my youtube career is not paying off as much as I like it
