Is My Art Good?

I don't post here often, because it doesn't allow screenshots. But, I don't think my art is good enough. I always think about drawing something, but never comes out the way I want it to and I always have to settle so I don't feel like I've wasted my time. Should I just...stop drawing?

It's just the way it goes sometimes.
So, keep drawing, keep trying to learn how to draw better, and don't give up on yourself because you should always want to improve yourself plus it can be a lot of fun. Of course, it's a lot of frustration, angst, and misery sometimes...but at least in the case of art you almost always gain a net positive result in the end, even if it's only an incremental improvement in your skills.
I will suggest that learning the fundamentals is a good place to start if you're wanting to get better. As annoying as practicing them can be it can make a huge difference a lot quicker than you expect. I suggest checking out these free resources https://jaejohns.com/free-books-on-drawing/ They're all excellent.
Whatever you do-whether you decide to keep drawing or not-don't give up on yourself. You're worth the time and effort you put into being kinder to you. :)
No one figures out their style out right, it's a process that changes over time as you go.
You're off to a good start, just don't give up— work at your own pace. Also, practicing by repeatedly drawing basic shapes is a big.
