Getting back into it! General Updates!
Greetings, all!
I just finished submitting all my college and scholarship applications, and I just turned 18 on the 28th!
So that means more time for art, and I'll be setting up a website and PayPal account for real commissions! If anyone has tips for taking commissions for newbies, PLEASE reach out to me!! I need all the guidance I can get!
*If I owe you art and it isn't listed on my pinned journal (Upcoming Art), please let me know! I can be pretty scatterbrained sometimes, and I promise that I'll be more organized with the commissions and everything!
If you have any general feedback for me, like what you think you'd pay for some of my art, please let me know! I'll start by offering icons, halfbody, fullbody, adopts, and custom designs! What would you pay? (No answers will offend me, I want you to be honest!)
*not important* My friend got me a fresh new sketchbook for my birthday! expect to see some fun traditional stuff from me as I fill it out! I'll be putting these in scraps most likely, unless I really like the piece. I LOVE the sketch I did on the first page though, so you may see a vaguely Luca-inspired sea creature watercolor and pen piece from me in the near future!

Yes yes! So glad that you're back!
Pricing is hard, but I'd say never price any lower than $5 for anything--even an uncolored sketch headshot. What I did when I first opened comms, I made my simplest option $5 and increased the price accordingly for every new level of complexity (increased by either $5 or $3 mostly, depending). $5 isn't much, but it's hard to enter the market, and I found it a decent starting point for a few months at least ^^ But do what you feel is right! Ultimately it's up to you :))
