By commissioning me you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.
⛧ Contact:

All communication regarding commission work is to be done through e-mail.
⛧ Payment:
• All payment should be in USD, via Paypal.
• All payment should be made through invoice, which I will send to you.
• Payment is due in full upfront for any commission equal to or below $100 USD. For larger values, we can negotiate a payment plan. You'll receive a small resolution version of your picture for reviews, but will only receive the full resolution once the final payment is made.
⛧ General guidelines:
• Please include visual references and a good description. The more info the better (colors, pieces of clothing, tattoos, props, etc.)
• I can draw OCs in any genre, sexually explicit or not. I can draw furries, humans, aliens and other kinds of humanoid fantasy creature. Fan art will be decided on a case-by-case basis. A list of elements and themes I will absolutely NOT draw are listed further below.
• The prices I have listed are merely guidelines. Hard-to-classify details in the background or character designs will incur varying fees.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, please do not take it personallly.
⛧ Process:
• After the payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or alternatives), so you can approve and require corrections if necessary. I will show you the work process a few times until completion.
• Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors, eye position). If a large change is required at an advanced stage of the work (a different pose), I may charge 25% extra.
• Drawing size varies, but is usually A4, 300 dpi, delivered in JPG file format unless otherwise requested. I will send you a full resolution artwork and a smaller web version that you can post online if you wish.
• Commission may take up to 1-4 weeks. If any delays arise, you will be notified.
⛧ Use:
• Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.
• You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or any other graphics for non-commercial use in digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
• If you'd like the commission to remain private (to not ever be published by me or anyone, anywhere), an extra can be charged.
• You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me the proper credit for the work.
• I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
• You may not, under any circumstance, sell your commission as an NFT (non-fungible token).
⛧ Refunds and cancelling:
• If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage, you will be refunded 50% of what you paid.
• If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
• You'll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I'm unable to complete the commission.

⛧ What I MIGHT draw:
(Meaning I'll charge 60% more on top of the total amount for the commission)
