Not gonna lie my brain despite what HRT stands for, i thought Hecking Radical Transformation fit a bit too, if i had to guess though since its testosterone it'd make you horny as heck, i was on steroids once and it made me absolutely randy

so between something like that ^ and a reduction of stress if you have dysphoria that's been alleviated in some way by undergoing HRT, it makes sense to me that one's sex drive could go up XD
