SmoresTheChihuahua has decided to do another free adopt raffle. Their goal is to do two a month. It's going to help then practice and give back to their supporters. :)
The winner will receive rights to this character.
Rules:
-You have to watch them (Please don't unwatch after the raffle, that's kinda rude. You will not be able to participate in future raffles.)
- (Optional) Making a journal about this raffle will gain you an extra entry.
-Please do not resell the character unless more art is added.
-You can change the gender and make changes to the design. (They would however like to still recognize it)
-Also please credit the original creator when posting this design.
-Add the word 'Stitches' in the post's comments to acknowledge that you understand the rules
