Soundstories

Music is love...
Hey!
For those of you who are interested, I wanted to make a quick little explainer of what Soundstories is since it is quite different from what I usually make. (Click here to listen to the first part.)
This acoustical journey is essentially about a lost anthro canine who ,within the course of the story, deals with grief and tries to find purpose after an incident involving a close friend changed his life, both physically and mentally. Each part of the story involves a little musical composition of how the character feels during the moment and a brief description of what happened/what is happening. I wrote the descriptions in 2nd person to enhance the immersion of the listener/reader.
Iv'e always wanted to tell a story, however I am lacking the skills and patience to learn how to actually write a story or how to be good at storytelling in the first place. The only thing I am truly fond of doing is music, and I always found it facsinating how certain scenes or scenarios in media are emotionally and dramatically enhanced with music and sound. I asked myself how I could use my acoustic imagination to actually tell a story that the reader could understand and follow.
That is how I came up with Soundstories. Whenever I feel a certain emotion or imagine a scene, my head automatically starts imagining a soundtrack to it. These scenes are usually very brief, wich is perfect for what I am trying to do.
Any kind of feedback is always appreciated. And if you didn't like it or skipped past this journal, that is perfectly fine too! :) It's not everyones cup of tea, but a great way for me to express myself in something I am actually skilled at doing.
Thank you for reading!

I close my eyes a lot when I make something and let it's story unravel and influence it's flow.
I appreciate your comment very much, I love getting insights!
