Definitely black list / block those people because that’s not right at all. That is your paychecks and food money so it’s within all your rights to prevent the same people capable to do that to you more than once.

That was one cursed ych (I don’t know what’s wrong with it, but… it’s the second time I have this situation with it..). Again, I’m okay to wait a bit, but .. the second person vanished again and it makes me sad.

I have skimmed your art especially things your selling and I have seen quite a few people say they can’t afford your art. Can you link the YCH? I want to boost it in a journal for you. Also your art is cute if it makes you feel any better I think your art is priced well or even a little under for the quality you put into it.

Maybe make a journal / post / or put under all your YCH / Adopts a rule or something to draw the line and let your watcher know you don’t like it and set boundaries/ rules like SERIOUS bids inquiries only or NO complaints about prices.

There’s a difference between compliments and complaints and in my opinion saying the art isn’t affordable is highly unnecessary to add onto a compliment about it.

If people consistently dont respond or pay for claimed YCHs then add them to your blacklist and refuse to work for them. You're worth being treated decently and with respect, dont take that kinda shit.
