hi guys unfortunately i got a little bit of a cold this week so I had to take two days off to sleep and recover so I am a little behind
I'm gonna try to do some catch up over the weekend but not push myself so hard.

My health hasn't been the greatest recently but I'm trying to make sure it doesn't get worse
