What is the best way to convert .mp4 video file to .webm?
Long story short, the most reliable way to save my animations online is to upload them on e621, and they accept only .webm
Maybe there is a plugin for Resolve, Vegas pro or blender you know about or use? (or there is a default option I am too inattentive to notice)
