The Everspring Family

Bit of stream of consciousness rambling here. I've had this idea for a long time now and I kinda need some feedback because these ideas are all over the place and maybe just having it down here (and inviting feedback) might help me get a more concrete idea.
So the basic idea is a family of winged bunnies (Skvaders) for 2+ on one ideas. Heavily inspired by harem animes.
But the concepts are kinda all over the place. Violet and Emma are pastel colored and kinda out of place. Coulait is not quite a striped rabbit but not also not a tan bunny so her visual design feels a bit awkward. I do like where Lilith is at. Her visual design and place in the family gives me lots of ideas for her. Cardamom is supposed to be blue (beverin) but her visual refs take that color a bit literally. Angela is opal-colored and
And their names are all over the place. Violet, Emma, Coulait, Lilith, Lily, Cardamom, Angela, Manna ... No coherent theme at all there. But it's supposed to be a big family so they're allowed to have some different ideas and stuff.
And I still want to add a few more but getting that first ref is usually the priciest. Lily has no visual ref but I'm basing her on a old pic by Mithril07. Manna has no visual ref. I also want a Flemish Giant themed bunny. I haven't decided if her ears should be weighted like Tsillah (another giant bun) but she'd be silly tall and pretty much dragging her ears on the ceiling if not. Angela's design (Opal-colored Angora) means she's generally going to require a lot more technical skill to draw her. Manna also needs a visual ref.
I also feel self conscious about the family being intersexed. Spending so much time in these circles I hardly think about such things but it makes me think if they might be too hard to adapt to anything like a visual novel because of it.
Seems like my ambition is getting the best of me.

Something I forgot to mention is that being part bird, there's a LOT of design space in that area. Birds have some pretty crazy colorations! Birds don't even use pigments for coloration and the color is created by the space between the barbules on their feathers so the sky is the limit for natural colors. There are parrots for example that have extremely different coloration for male/female, and I think this would make for another fun sibling pair like Violet/Emma. Because they're all intersex, they have the roughly the same figure, but one would have male pattern and another would have female coloring to show their reproductive compatibility. But these birds are even crazier colors. Still, there are some subtle color options like the black-white striped wing-tips of Snow Owls.
The trick is finding a nice aesthetic. As these bunnies are a group, their visual design doesn't have to be crazy complicated with exotic patterns and their contrast with one another can help keep them distinct. Plus of course there's other traits to set them apart like Coulait's 4 breasts, Cardamom's short and athletic frame, Angela's excessive floof, Lilith's portal earrings or portal magic in general, and so on. So while birds offer a lot of options I think it would just clash too much.
I think I'm set on going back and redesigning Cardamom to just be tan+brown and drop the dark brown. Angela's art is ambiguous so she could just be a white with a love of exotic lighting that adds a touch of flair.
