For art commissions, here's what I have written down for the ToS, nothing fancy but straight to the point. This will be edited as time goes on.

Few things to list below

- Payments are sent upfront via PayPal.
- There won't be any deadlines, but do poke me for updates cause my drawing pace varies and I get easily distracted.
- I have the right to decline your offer if I'm not interested or I'm uncomfortable with the idea.
- For refunds, you can ask me how much I can send back for any reasons given.
- Do send me a ref sheet or pic of your character and it must be a PNG and have its color palette. If it's a JPG and it's the only pic you have for the character, at least send me the color hexcodes or palette since color picking from jpgs is a pain ;w;
- Do have patience and don't try to ask too much for progress or rush me to get it done. Let me know what needs to be fixed until you're happy with the results.
- Depending on the complexity, I might charge extra for the effort I put in. Nothing overly convoluted.
- For NSFW, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.
