I am of the opinion that kinks are part of us, so I don't see why you should have a separate account

You're not a "degenerate" for having more out-there kinks than the average fur, you're valid as hell. I suppose that you could make an alt account for comms that might be less vanilla than your current account if you're that worried, and possibly fold that account into your main one of the responses to it are well. Also, putting content warnings in the title of the image so people know what they're getting into before clicking on the thumbnail may be helpful too. You have nothing to apologize for whatsoever, you deserve to feel accepted and valid.

I personally don't like any kinks. What gets me though is usually not just what kind, but the volume. Like if there's just heaps of extreme stuff; it's too much. It's up to you what you want to do about it; warnings or separate accounts or not posting that much at once, whatever works best.
If you do lose followers, then don't take it too personally. I myself need to not get so upset about it when it happens. It's hard, but some people just unwatch for whatever reason under the sun. Doesn't mean they hate you, or even will leave with bad memories of you. I've done it, even though I felt bad, but I don't hate the people I unwatched. Quite the opposite, usually.

Personally, ever since FA allowed posting of extreme stuff and I've unwatched some artists who have started posting some extreme posts.
I always read artist profile before watching them, as I feel uncomfortable being around people with these kind of kinks and having separated accounts doesn't make difference to me as I made my impression on them.

But no one tells you how to live your life, be you you and do whatever you want 🤷🏼‍♀️
