The .io domain is the British Indian Ocean Territory. Good luck getting anything out of them. The user account seems to have been opened very recently -- as in the past week.
Well that sucks. Luckily didn't found my art in there but I know a bunch of pieces and artists. Will be doing my best to report (if it even helps at all??) It's an NFT website, perhaps they don't even care.
