Yeah, there's a mature(Blue) and adult(Red) option and if you set the art on that setting, only adult will see it.

But if you want a nsfw account, that's fine since a friend of mine made a separate account for his macro arts.

It should be fine here because you can easily set them to mature or adult, both of which will keep NSFW stuff invisible for those in SFW mode, but a side account exclusively for NSFW stuff sounds alright too!

Echoing the thoughts here, the mature/adult labels are good enough and FA is good about hiding that from people set to SFW mode or general content level only, so long as you label it right.
General rule of thumb is full nudity is adult, bulges or other suggestive clothes and content as mature, and everything else is general
